I love this home. They designed it well with many expensive upgrades. This house is very luxurious.

74 degrees for AC would insanely expensive. My electric bill in the summer is about 250-300 and I leave my AC on 77-80.

@@genew5758 not when we have a home with spray foam and blower door tested to 1.3 ACH. This house is so tight we actually have to bring in fresh air.

You’re an excellent salesperson, and I truly appreciate the flow of the home-it’s fantastic. However, the finishes are not quite aligned with what buyers typically desire . IMHO 😀

Yeah I didn't like the layout of the kitchen, all that square footage and it's tucked into a horseshoe corner. Then the master bedroom, closet and bath is huge, but you didn't make a separate small room for the toilet ?

Beautiful home and a very comprehensive tour. Nicely done. I might suggest you remove your shoes when entering a listing. At a minimum, doing so would ensure protection of the floors, but also demonstrates courtesy to the owners and prospective buyers.
