Another excellent build! Do you or someone you know consult on home remodeling/expansion. In my area plenty of new complete tear downs that were previously worth 400-500k have turned into $1.5M homes. Would like to build the home up to those 1.5M home standards.

It sucks the town decides the restriction! Think about spending 1.25M or more and not getting the most out of every sqt ft!
