Can you do an updated version of this for the stock os on the Anbernic rg35xxh? For the life of me trying this on my Mac just doesn’t work.

So I used this video to flash the updated Stock OS onto the RG35XX Plus since i know Garlic OS is in Alpha stage and not yet complete for the plus i decided to just roll with the stock. The only issue im having is I'm using a 512 GB sandisk SD card soley dedicated to this and it's only showing 5 GB of usable space... I'm assuming this has to do with partitions? Does anyone have any knowledge on how to get the most storage usage out of my SD card by setting up a new Partition? Again I'm on Mac, I've seen plenty of videos doing this on PC but that doesn't help me... If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated!!!

having trouble trying to copy my BIOS folder from the original SD card that came with the unit. Won't let me paste it on my desktop, into Google Drive, nothing. I just need to move it over to the new SD card to get things going. Here's the error I'm getting: "The Finder can’t complete the operation because some data in “ôÌâìÔüôð.ä¢b” can’t be read or written" Any help would be GREATLY appreciated

My Google Calendar is a part of the home screen widgets on my iphone.

Hello! I tried mounting the second drive and received this error code: Could not mount “NO NAME”. (com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error 49668.) Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!

I have the RG35XX H. Is that essentially the same thing you have just with controls on the sides?

Hey man, I tried this, but it keeps failing to flash the garlic image to my micro SD card. I keep getting the error message "The elevated process died unexpectantly." Don't know what to do. Please help!

This is a great video for a Mac user like me with no idea but really likes retro gaming. Scarily I’m still using the OG SD card. Any chance you could demo how to make a copy on a better quality card. I’ve had a few attempts with disk utility and carbon copy cloner and no success and they won’t boot up.

Note: This method should NOT be tried on the Anbernic RG35XX Plus as it hasn’t been tested. Also, please try this method on a new SD card and not the one that comes with the handheld.

Just saying Hey. But while I'm here: Interesting. I used to have the "standard" workflowy format with WORK, PERSONAL as the two main categories. But now I just throw everything into it and use search to find stuff and tags to categorize higher-level stuff that I want to see together. But I enjoyed seeing your main screen with how you do the emjoi's which was very appealing, so maybe I'll try it. thanks for posting this.

Hi there I am very new to this process and was curious about a few things. Does this work for the plus? Also, It’s not clear in your video, do I need both SD cards inserted into the computer at the same time? My reader only has 1 slot. I am also curious, before starting this do I take the stock SD card and transfer everything on it to one of the new ones? Like how do I get all the games that are currently on it onto the new OS? I want to be able to play DS games on it, any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated. Go easy on me people, I’m new to this and not super technical but I really want to figure this out!

Thank you for the video. I love the detail in all your steps. I am facing an issue, after following all your steps and inserting both sd cards into the device, the device won’t boot up. It just stays blank. I’ve reformatted and rerun all the steps in this video but always the same blank screen. I’ve plugged the device in to charge and I get the charging status light, but no boot up. Any advice?

Thanks for the video! I also realized that I can log into the web version and then create shortcuts to those searches that can be directly copied into the outline-- creates the quickest little "button" to really quickly check what's due today, tomorrow, etc.

I feel like I missed something. I did everything you instructed for the first sd card. Are we suppose to do the same thing with the second sd card? I copied the ROMS from the anbernic onto the new memory card but the console portion is blank.

SYS went fine in Disk Utility, but I was unable to mount the second partition to rename to MISC. Error "Could not mount “NO NAME”. (com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error 49668.)". Tried sudo pkill -f fsck (from googling troubleshooting on that error) but same mount error. Any tips? SYS is Fat16, the NO NAME that I can't mount is Fat32. EDIT (in case someone else runs into this)... I had to eject my card and then re-insert, and then disk utility seemed fine and both parts mounted and I could rename second to MISC. Weird.

This is a very nice intro to Workflowy, but the title is misleading. It has nothing really with structuring your second brain in Workflowy.

I love workflowy but after being burned by apps I just move everything to offline markdown files for storage as there are many apps that can read your markdown files with pretty UI like Retronote,mdsilo, notabase, obsidian and only use proprietary for active working files. I noticed when I used to use workflowy you get an email of changes you made that day so maybe that’s where you can find your images in the bullets

This is more than a little concerning. I do LOVE Workflowy dearly and am relying on it more and more, BUT if Workflowy server for whatever reason go dead, there is no way to get our data back. Even with the Dropbox backup I can never be sure if everything has been backup-ed and can be restored. (actually I can be sure the answer is NO!) Items especially of concerns are of course uploaded files, but there are more that we have not talked about much: Backlinks, Mirrorlinks, and embedded Links! These are all integral to the integrity of our overall data structure and there is no way we can be sure that they are safe. I have partially mitigated these problems by first saving all the files into Dropbox, and put their Dropbox links onto Workflowy, sometimes extra to the uploaded files. For embedded links, I would need to add an extra node with link saved as text on it's own. So hopefully after restored at least the links would still be assessable as text. Still a MAJOR PAIN! I am really hoping that the Workflowy Team will be addressing these issues very soon as with the way it is, nobody can take it seriously if data safety is of any concern.
