I think it's wild that as a society there's still a majority of people buying conventional non-organic produce. The only way we cpuld ever potentially flip the script is demand organic...the higher the demand will almost certainly in turn increase the supply and then again hopefully reduce the cost of organic and make it the absolute norm in our society. That's how as s society we move mountains.

Really special to watch, Max! I am sure your mom is very proud, resting in peace, surrounding you every day. ❤ (And I love following you on Instagram. I recently sent you a private message with a request to do a Podcast on hair thinning. You are truly gifted in interviewing and sharing your knowledge. So thankful for you and the day you lost 40,000 followers for having the courage and right to share your opinion, was the day that will bring you 40,000 more. You are a critical thinker with a genuine curiosity and heart for life and for all of us sharing this reality with you!) Thanks for everything you contribute.

kzbin.info/www/bejne/faWmmWd4ordso9Esi=Q1JSrpAaGf1sDWbm HOW TO LIVE A HEALTHY LIFE WITH THE LATEST FREQUENCY DEVICE- Dr. James Ong Hello Max, I was just watching your very exciting interview with Dr. William Li and decided to look for more of your podcasts when I found that you have a lot more. I saw this more recent one where your guest was Dr. Marty Makary who was just selected by President Trump to help RFK Jr. fix our national health crisis. The attached video is about a handheld non-medical device that uses NON-IONIZING RADIATION and is 100 % safe from infants with no age limit. The wonderful thing about it is, it can stimulate the undifferentiated mesynchemal inside the bone marrow and the cells differentiate and become the cells of the particular organ or tissue where they go to do the repair. There are 62 Clinical Tests showing its safety and efficacy. The device helps the body heal itself. The modern Immunotherapy procedures are very complicated and expensive, beyond the reach of ordinary people. I would like to request that you review the video and let me know what you think. Most people in the medical establishment might not welcome this very cheap device where one can be used by the entire household. I will certainly be watching your long list of health podcasts. Thank you in advance and keep up the good work!

The day after Thanksgiving 2022, my mother ended up in the emergency room, having been misdiagnosed by her hospice doctor (over the phone, with the hospice nurse!) with diverticulitis. Her dementia had advanced to the point where she couldn't speak, but she was holding her side in screaming agony. Turned out my elderly father had neglected to tell anyone that she had fallen over, because she got back up! well she had broken all of her ribs on the left side of her ribcage. All meds were stopped except morphine, and after a week, she was sent home on morphine and oxygen. She died Dec.10,2022 at 87. Very different to your mother's disease, as the age difference makes clear, but I tell you this because I still haven't come to terms with the fact that after 8+ years of her increasing debilitation, "The Long Goodbye" was over in a matter of days...and watching this film is something that I have been stalling on. My ultimate goal is to NOT put my own children through this, and I follow your advice, have your books, do my best...but I worry that WORRYING about it happening will MAKE it happen! Have you addressed the role that emotional stress plays in dementia? and if it does, and you have, please point me towards that information. Your mother was blessed to have you, as the world is. The holidays haven't been the same for me in years, and I know you probably feel the same way, but I wish you happy ones. You so deserve them! Thank you, Max.

So I first heard this episode on Amazon Music and I was super distracted by something that Matt said in his introduction of Andrew. He said "...super smart dude, very articulate..." This caught my attention; of course he's smart and articulate, he's a former CIA agent. Then I thought "oh no, is he a person of color?" And then Andrew described himself as a "Brown guy". I knew it! Pointing out how well we speak or how articulate we are is something that white people do to us (POCs) all the time, and they don't even realize how insulting it is. Do better Max. I know that I'm going to get some hate for this but before you come at me, compare how many times you've heard someone comment on how articulate and well spoken a white person is, vs a person of color.

It's the essential oils that kills the bacteria in your mouth, not the alcohol.

This is why it is so confusing to get nutrition information from YT. Many people will hear/read that butter is healthy so will just start putting more on their bread! They may also use more spreadable butter, thinking it's the same thing! Also, calories are still calories and butter is around 600kcal per 100g!

Fat does not make us fat, however. It’s not essential to count calories for effective weight loss.
