Excellent Podcast! So very helpful and I don’t have any young kids. I do have grandkids, however. I find it very helpful because I have an autoimmune disorder and my gut is compromised severely due to antibiotics. I’m trying to teach my grown kids the importance of food selections, watch out for bad ingredients and opting for Whole Foods.

Protein pasta is awesome , I had some tonight with broccoli cauliflower mussels anchovies pesto peas capers and mozzarella, awesome macros, why would anyone eat wheat pasta? Terrible macros

Wonderful video, but you shouldn't be using an app during sleep. The National Toxicology Program has research showing that radiofrequency radiation (RF) from devices can cause brain and heart tumors. The World Health Organization (WHO) has classified RF as a Class 2B carcinogen, the same as asbestos and lead paint, and you know what happened with those. So please protect yourself, and have your phone in airplane mode when sleeping, and any other time your don't feel like exposing yourself to cancer-causing radiation.

As far as red meat. I have to wonder if its a matter of natural grass fed vs gmo grain fed. I have a hunch that its what we do to the cattle in factory farms is unnatural and is why red meat is inflammatory. On that note I also believe we should avoid all gmo's.

I look at fat ppl as sick ppl. They are either having a sickness or are eating unhealthy maybe due to depression or lack of knowledge or money. It is not about knowledge only, it is not willpower only. Do not underestimate food addiction and unhealthy psychological relationships with food. Either way people need help to get healthy.
