Its one of those models i wanted for a while and now its done, happy to fulfill my dream cars. the ixo is pretty convincly done, their 24h era were pretty cool and nice alternatives as u said for less money but the collection seems gone apart from a few porsches there and there, not sure if u still have it in ur display but congrats anyway for this

Spectacular, haven't saw much of this car as it didn't compete in europe (i think?), but i remember seeing it on one of ur paddocks tours, not sure if this was the exact same livery but one of the many cool recent prototypes overall.

I have this one. I love it. from the outside it is very similar to the arx 06, that's why I don't buy the arx 06.

That sucks, best just to get a replacement, otherwise its going to annoy you for a long time. Have managed to damage one model so far. Spark Porsche 911 GT1 1/43. Small scuff in the paint and knocked of one of the side-view mirrors. I glued the mirror back with UV activated glue and that worked really well. The scuff I decided to live with, hardly noticeable don't want to risk making it worse by rubbing polishing compound on it.

I love the variety of these! First spark models are pretty awkward indeed and a shame they dont come with bases. It would be cool to see a re-release of some models like a tribute collection of spark history with todays details & technology, somes are only available with kits and too obscure to be produced by someone else i fear. Great video, i discovered a few boxes i didn't knew about.

I have the Craft-Bamboo Mercedes-Benz AMG GT3 on my collection and its box it's my favourite box on my collection, I love it, even I open the cars and I don't care much about boxes, but that one is insane. I also have a Volkswagen Golf from Schuco that its box has got like grass from a football pitch, since that car was a special edition called "Volkswagen Golf Goal", that car got released because of the Football World Cup being in Germany, so, Volkswagen used a chance to advertise their Golf MK5.

One of my favorite cars in my collection. Every time you sit down look at it closely you discover something new. Love the livery but didn't know the significance behind the seven colors, now I know. Thanks.

My first comment with this account!!!!! Well, to be honest I don't like the eras of LMP1/DPI, still, this is a really cool model

Its annoyingly easy to damage those spark boxes if not careful. I have damaged my fair share when rushing. If one pulls the model out too quickly at the wrong angle the corner can split open. If you open the ends without a tool like a knife to unhook the tabs its easy to tear the box.

In April of 2024, I did pick up a Spark model. It is not particularly more detailed but, everything seems cleaner and well made. Check out my review.

Very little difference that I can see between the 2022 version you have and the 2021 version I have - minor livery differences but the model itself seems to be almost identical. Have you got more than one version of this now?

Sorry to hear this. I would potentially take if off your hands as I could probably fix it up - it's different for everyone but I personally have no trouble fixing up these small photo etched parts. I think I showed you the pictures of the Spark Falken M6 GT3 that got smashed in the post and I basically got that back to 95%+ condition. Drop me an e-mail if it's possible.

Hope to have something up by the end of the month because there is a chance I'll have 5 more display cabinets in place, which means a chance that the full collection (will be around 1,100) can be on display, so just a general collection video. It would be quite long though, at least twice the length of the last collection video. I see you grabbed that same McLaren 720 that I got a while back - it's definitely a cool livery. This is an odd release as it's very much in a Bizarre box (a sub brand of Spark that tends to make more models of more oddball vehicles - they make the 1951 Le Monstre for example) but is not branded as Bizarre. That picture on the back is the side of the car, most likely the front to back. You can see the two wheels. They make a lot of the earlier rotary Mazda Le Mans prototypes and cars powered by Mazda engines (like the Lola T616) in the Bizarre range which might be why the box is like this. It's 100% a Bizarre base plate. Johnny Herbert won all his grand prix years after Le Mans, 2 in 1995 for Benetton and 1 later on for Stewart (of Jackie Stewart). Only know of Volker Weidler from Le Mans but Bertrand Gachot (pronounced effectively as Gash-o, French rarely if ever sounds the 't' and a 'ch' is typically more of an 'sh' sound) raced for various teams F1 teams from 1989 through the 90s, including the original Jordan in 1991, one of the best looking F1 cars of all time.

Mark, i wanted a feedback from us all collectors. While looking at the n32 Lola B2K-40 from le mans 2004, it seems like the rear wing is very tall and too inwards to the bodywork compared to the real life configuration when it sits lower and really 'behind' the car, it depends on the angle ur looking at it and i can't decide if its in my head or a design flaw, again the model is quite old so it might be harder to tell. Thanks
