Ideally you want to get some decal softener on that silk cut logo. I have this model also but the decals were not with the car so I had to order some from Australia as no other place made them. In terms of the colour, the Spark may be slightly closer but if you look up pictures, I think it's one of those colours that looks different depending on the lighting, so both are right in different circumstances.

Funny you mention this. I just received a decal sheet for my Spsrk F1 McLaren with the sponsor VUSE. Took a lot of work and pictures to get it right. After I had applied them, it turned out that the retailer had an instruction page on where to apply them. It turns out they had different decals for the Spark and Mini Champs version. Now that I've seen both, I think the Spark look better. I'll have a video on that in Nov. Great ti hear from you. Have missed you. Do you have anything coming up? New arrivals?

@@markzebr6463 I recently had two more classic Trans-Am cars arrive, a Sam Posey 1970 Challenger and '69 Gurney Boss 302 Mustang. These go with the '69 Donohue Camaro Z28 that I got a couple of months ago. There is one last (famous last words) big order on the way from Japan with a lot of rare models. The VUSE decals on the McLarens are a pain. You've definitely branched out your collection.

Great comparison, it is actually impressive the difference of manufacturing u can find between two cars that said are very similar in essence. nice job on applying the decals on the spark.

You ought to see what I just did with an entire decal sheet on my F1 McLaren that I just applied. Interesting is that it came with decals for both Spark and Mini Champs. I had to use pictures of the real car in order to figure it out. Quite a challenge as this car was the only one that I received in pieces. I will do a new video of this in Nov. I took my wife with me to Watkins Glen this weekend for sight seeing, not races.

Hey... you called me a scalper and told me to get a real job. I have a real job, and I havent sold a single car. In fact... I'm in the hole! I've given away quite a few castings. Not sure if you're just bitter or if you had a bad day when you watched my video, but just wanted to clear things up with you and your false accusations. If you still think I'm a "scalper"... I'd love to hear your definition of a scalper. Cheers! 👊🏼😀

Sorry to hear that you were offended and regret my comment. Please delete after my reply as I was not fair to you and know little about you. Our is a small world collecting model cars. One thing that I used to like about collecting race cars, is no chase cars. I have never had any interest in Hot Wheels and the stories that you see on KZbin really irritate me although they probably shouldn't. I collect expensive 1/43 and 1/18 race cars and am a huge fan of IMSA, WEC, SRO and F1 racing. My collection reflects that and my experience at the various racing venues adds to the value of my reviews. Again, please except my most sincere apologies. Have great success in the money pit that we call car collecting. God Bless.
