What do you think of Vista Rose by Toll Brothers？Are the homes worth buying？

Hi there and thank you for your question. So there are definitely some pros and cons in moving into new construction so let me break it down for you. Please let me know if you have any additional questions and if you are considering Vista Rose, I would love to represent you with your purchase with the builder. And if Vista Rose isn't for you, I can help you find the perfect home for you anywhere in SoCal, let me know your criteria and I'll show you some great options. For the Pros- this is a brand new home and you wont have to worry about any large ticket repairs anywhere in the near future, you get to pick your finishes and upgrades with the builder, this is a gated community so it provides a nice layer of comfort and security, the HOA is low at $342 per month and No Mello Roos. For the Cons- The lots are going to be on the smaller side, you will be paying a premium as the average cost per closed sale in Placentia is roughly $555 and Vista Rose is price at nearly $706 per ft, there is no amenities in the community so no community pool or spa, homes won't be ready for move in until mid 2025 so you're going to have to be patient if this community is for you. However, I’m wondering if you do rental as well cuz I would like to rent it out after handover. Could you help me rent it out？How much can I rent out？

Not a good idea, I think everyone forgets the big fire that started in the Santa Ana Riverbend and burned homes on Stonehaven and homes on San Antonio and then the hills above Kerrigan Ranch and eventually Carbon Canyon. And what made the whole situation worse was the water pressure going up Stonehaven was feeble as best🤔

Anaheim hills is a planned association community. Everything there is h.o.a. Yorba Linda typically has bigger homes and lots.

Brother Brother, do you live there? I just left there. What about the fires in those beautiful canyons, the rattle snake infection, the coyotes invasion, Dont leave your dog in the back yard They will be eaten alive right un front of you by the coyotes. It happens all of the time. The 91 freeway is a parking lot for many miles, homeless everywhere, close to Tustin gangs, Riverside county is discisting now gang ridden. Utilities and HMOs are out of control, do you speak Spanish? You'll need to learn. Woke Canyon High School. Businesses closing over and over again all over the ciry. Check out those local government officials, they are dandy. The crime is up, auto theft is up, and eliegale people are everywhere. Here's my opposite opinion. Get out run 🏃♂️ to America 🇺🇸7th
