BRAND NEW Project Proposed for Yorba Linda | Living In Yorba Linda, Ca

The state if requiring Yorba Linda to propose projects for more housing in Yorba Linda.
Plans have been proposed for a new project in East Yorba Linda right by the The Rinks. They want to tear down this shopping center and turn It into apartments/townhomes with businesses on the bottom.
What are your thoughts on this project that has been proposed here in Yorba Linda?
