If you want to know about guards in the medieval setting then i suggest looking at youtube vids based around medieval history. If not then try the game Kingdom Come Deliverance its the most accurate game i can find and I do historical HEMA and re-enactments in the UK

I really like the curses, tho i think it may be a little too harsh for some tables lol. I probably would ask for a magic skill check if a character tries to use remove curse and make the dc higher depending on the level of the hag. Just cause for the higher ones if may be a little frustrating to get a player off the fight like that, and it still creates tension and makes the party use resources. Good video as always!
