The collosal twat did make me lol! And I'm enjoying this, i like the characters very much and story but I'm also trying to understand trans issue's and just when the debate goes right to crux of such a tricky, tricky matter at the heart of things (and what I'm finding so hard to weigh up) it was all glossed over with the clossal twat joke. Should the trans woman that Paige was representing be allowed in that homeless refuge for women, many traumatised and needing safe respite from men. If someone still has a male appendage, even if they identify as female, should her right for a safe space over ride the other women's need for respite & a safe space away from anyone with a penis regardless of gender identification?

This show just came on my radar after Elliot Page quoted Jen Richards in his memoir. Beautiful series. Opened my eyes to alot of things I'd never thought of before. Thanks for making it available for free, so I can share it with everyone I know!

Had The Danish Girl actually hired a woman of trans experience, Jen Richards could've been good as Lily Elbe.

6:50 less than a minute of seeing this guy and he's already expressed several red flags for abusive relationships: he questions her having outside contacts, and is glad when she says she doesn't interact with the contact, he throws away the contact information, and he basically locks her in the house (taking the car somewhere would be a much safer bet for a trans woman than taking public transport). Yikes, let's see where this is going.
