I realy like the symbolism woven into this song , they must by passing through an area of space with some sort of atmosphere present as the starship is behaving like an aircraft , A ship in outer space would be in the vacuum of space and would not fly like aircraft at all . (It is a common issue for sci-fi film makers to make starships "Miminc" aircraft flight where they bank and pitch and roll like an aircraft with wings) They even do this with the ships in star trek, since there is no dense gas like air for the ships wings and control surfaces act upon , ships in space have to use thrusters of some sort to change there headding..

One of the things I love about this scene, aside from Korso letting Cale drive, is the fact that the "angels" are also having a blast flying around with the ship. It's basically two species having fun together in space, something you barely see in any space movies these days.

When I watch this, I thing about the kind of content made in our modern era, and I think ‘was this really made in my lifetime’? It’s sad how much animation and storytelling has gone downhill in only a few decades.

Nah man we got invincible, Ark, Xmen 97, critical role a few others and anime has taken its place , good animation never went anywhere
