Looks like they are using a stepping doppler signal, to make the reflections more distingisable. Would be interesting to know the source.

Most probably the signal is somehow coded otherwise it will be trivial to fool the receiving system in showing garbage. These are key components in strategic defense system.

You need a special prepared EPROM, usually Codan will send you one if you gave them proof of license (ham).

Do you do repairs for other people I have one that is bricked because I updated the display bios thinking I had the greatest greatest bios installed previously and it bricked the radio I tried to reinstalling the firmware on the main unit and I got a wrong ci- v port error message.

This is E11, owned by Polish Intelligence. E11c referred to a variation that included extra digits like "758/2000/00" and it has not been active since 2013. It is likely not maintained by the Russian network of stations.

According to the ILG list, 13170 is Olympia Radio from Greece, SVO. I'm picking up both frequencies simulcast right now. 13080 is not in the ILG list but must be the same station. The lady is giving a detailed marine weather forecast I believe.

These are covert communications to active intelligence agents… if I recall uk predominately uses it, but we also get Russian and Ukrainian… I have no idea why but sometimes I get attenuation on my fm radio. It’s these stations and other stations combined. I could make out 4 fm stations that are sopposed to be there and the numbers. These exact stations. Only this time I heard Ukrainian read out a response numbers and a bit of a report… Ham / shortwave civilians talking about something being destroyed… I really really want to grand these and share… but how?

This one sound polish… They say automated… but it’s got randomness to it and physical interactions you can hear in the mic and waveforms… I’d like to be wrong lol, but it is possible to make a digital recording sample and use it for text to voice… but even now it’s not that natural… again you don’t see digital forms in the wave guide either… ??

Hi, this particular setup consist in a WinRadio WR-G31DDC receiver with it's proprietary software and a dipole with 2x20m lenght at about 8m above ground. This is a pretty expensive solution. The first step is to install an antenna then you can search for a cheaper solution for SDR.

CW memories are stored inside the device and sent to the radio letter by letter via CI-V. I can't remember now, there is a list on the Extended User Manual available as pdf.
