Great riding! Do you have a hand brake for the rear? Those sports bike riders could easily pick up the pace if they moved off the bike in the turns😉

I use conti race attack 2 street for street and track with my S1000R and they are insane. Sport attack 4 are very good street tires too. I absolutely love conti!

This is a large track, with quick corners and very large straights... so... totally the worse conditions for the sumo... and even so... he murdered that S1K. What doubts do you have which is the fastest? Imagine in a short Kart track with closed chicanes what can happen.

On a smaller track like supermoto normally race the Superbike would struggle to keep up

What kind of performance mods are done to the motor? I’m getting ready to purchase a supermoto, and I’m curious what’s reasonably possible to ring out of these little motors. Obviously the suspension is DIALED on this thing.

Supermoto just doesn't have the legs, it can brake later, turn sharper and get on the gas quicker, the super bike is just a power house.. Its true depends on the track, but fuck me that supermoto held its own. Tou would think the super bike would lap it easy😂

Nice work, the corner speed and bottom end talk makes up for the top speed of the sport bikes. I live in New Zealand and my DRZ 400 lays waste to my friends road bikes through the twistys. Some unhappy people at the rest stops. 😁

Would have loved to see you continue to carve out your own hot corners…but you seemed rather content to follow the sport bikes once you were in the corners with them. You had no problem entering very hot and late which is an absolute pleasure to watch. Just wish you carried through with that same aggression once around the other machines…because your combo could easily carry the corner faster than them. 👍

The track is not for supermotos, but I think the BMW jockey would have fucked up against an open Aprilia SXV 550...
