Great journey you did the work and walked the extra mile that matters. I started on february 14th this year with 170kg by a height of 180cm. Tomorrow (exactly 6 months later), to this day I lost over 42kg of weight by increasing my walking and exercising intensity steady, maintained a consistent diet with intermidiate Fasting on a high protein intake with low carb intake). Oberall I learned a lot about myself, that the process keep time and you have to see the weight lose as an marathon not as an sprint. I wish you and everybody else the much needed toughness and dicipline too keep going.

Great story bro. I was pretty thin as a kid, but between 4th and 5th grade I chubbed up for some reason. Luckily I hit a growth spurt in 6th grade, so my weight balanced out and l thought l was safe. I...was not lol I was always pretty active playing basketball before school at the park, during gym/recess/ and then after school, but all that changed in high school. For 1 thing my high school was pretty far away from my home, so there was no way l was getting there early enough to ball before school, so that was out. They didnt let us go outside for recess, so that was out too. Gym? Forget about it. At the time we would either have gym, music, or art class on our schedule, so l didnt see the inside of a gym my ENTIRE 9th grade. And to make matters worse my closest friend who l would ball with after school and on weekends moved away, so l didnt even get weekend exercise in as much. By the time 10th grade rolled around and l finally got gym class on my schedule, it was too late. I had gained 30 pounds and felt like a complete loser. I would gain more and more weight over the years till l hit my high of 225. Last year l was 212 tho, and then my mom got gravely ill. She needed 24/7 care and didnt want to enter hospice, so it was up to me and my sister. But l knew l couldnt take care of her if l didnt take care of myself first. I began eating right and working out daily. Now im down to 165 and l look the best I've looked in years. I just wish my mom was still here to see it...

Love your story. It’s a journey isn’t it. My whole life I tried every crazy diet. Did tons of insanity. Was a beachbody coach. Worked out too much at time. Got injuries. Did fasting. Keto. Paleo. Lost and regained the same 20 pounds many times. Feb I found perimenopause weight. Started eating high protein (goal weight in grams) walking 10,000+ steps. Drinking a gallon of water. Finished 75 hard. Continuing a lot of the program as it’s easy to eat the high protein. I’ve dropped 22 pounds since March 1. Still gave 20 pounds to go. Starting to lift weight now in addition to the steps.

It’s got decent macros but in my personal opinion, as a person who suffers with eating disorders (mostly binge eating), cereal just really shouldn’t be in my house. Even if it is “healthy”. Now that I’m using a Ninja Creami Deluxe, I *do* want some mix-in options for when I have the calorie allowance for some more “fun” in my “protein ice cream”. I can’t remember the macros off the top of my head for Magic Spoon, but I think it’s better than the stuff from Catalina Crunch (that stuff is like 110 calories for 36 grams. High protein but… so many calories, like 2,500ish in one container)
