They're freely available, and were released as event items that can be claimed at any time. I think they can also be found via certain missions, but It's been a while since I've played

40 dollars for a complete game. No DLC no micro transactions. You put in a full effort and still managed to get 80+hrs out of the game. Its crazy to think what the next mystery dungeon is going to cost
