Fun fact, if you asked jirachi to recruit a new friend whilst already having every single Pokémon, it will give you a wurmple, this is because of how they coded wurmple in the game essentially creating 2, one that evolves into cascoon the other silcoon. However if you have both types of wurmple it works like intended and jirachi will give you a random mon.

Aloha my friend, this game is the shiyet! I’ve spent over 300 hours grinding away at this game, and even then, I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. I really hope they remaster the other Mystery Dungeon Games cause this is just the beginning! Also, now that you have Celebi, you should check the Mystery House in the Western Cave where you found Mewtwo, there might just be a surprise waiting for you there…

I will never forget the first time i was playing through mystery dungeon blue rescue team on the ds and learning how comically overtuned multi hit moves are when a fearow just used fury attack and just instantly fainted my pokemon and no matter how much i tried always did enough to either faint me or leave me at 1 health, so much so that whenever i saw one i just ran the opposite direction avoiding them because i felt so helpless against them.

Man this game looks pretty, I played the original Blue Rescue team about a yeae ago and I genuinely forgot how much I not only liked the story, but loved the music. In my play through, I had a bullet seed Bulbasaur that unironically carried me through the game. I forgot about the remake came out and definitely looks worth my time, great video as ever :) Edit:I'm realising that I probably should have done the postgame💀

You know its funny, ive been wanting to play this remake for a long time and i havent gotten around to it, i used to play the originally constanly, i even have the original copy of it next to me and the first and only time i ever maxed my starter was a Cubone, my partner was Totodile and i evolved them etc i even recruited every legendary except mew, i tried dozens of times lmao but my tiny child brain just wanted to play it over again, im still mad at myself because ill NEVER have the dedication to recruit Mewtwo again. But seeing this video makes me want to get it, think im gonna pick up a copy soon, and great video man. Very well edited and cohesive.

I had a lot of fun when I did this on my own save, but it took me a lot longer, haha. I got really unlucky with Riolu and it took me around 50 hours to find one. I found plenty of Lucarios though, of course lmao. Always love to see people who love the Mystery Dungeon series.

What's also funny is that the later rocky dungeon was easy, and my sort of way for farming treasures. . .Just have a pokemon with small stomach and food finder. That's my sort of way to farm it. Plus having a Honchkrow named Darkrai helps too

I learned some time ago the game has 2 different versions of Wurmple since there's no secret ID stuff like the main games to determine evolution. So if you ask Jirachi for "something nice" as your wish, even with everyone recruited, if you only have one type of Wurmple you'll just get another Wurmple

That's pretty cool you got it in under 85 hours. I never got a DS, but I spent over 150 hours in Red on the GBA and am far from completion (probably dozens of hours were spent just trying to get Shuckle and Keklion... Even with the friendship boosts)

Love the video! Only critique I have is you need to get a pop filter, because for headphones users it's quite aggressive on our ears. It's also possible to fix it in post but it's a lot easier to just solve it via a filter you attach to the microphone. You can hear it with the "P's" when you say Pokemon.

For the bosses, I just used Skill Link Cloyster with the guaranteed hit for multi-attack moves rare trait. Icicle Spear hitting for 180 damage 5 times is WICKED strong
