Is there demand for 4 bed flats? I’d assume it’s hard to find out as there aren’t many about. What’s the price of a 4 bed house compared to this as I assume the flat would need to be considerably less.

Definitely not in some areas but there is massive demand here to rent or sell. A 4 bed house is obviously more desirable but also about £200,000 more expensive in this area

Well done guys. I love to see brothers building wealth. One pragmatic question relating to my experience of conversions. What measures will you take to minimise the sound transmission between the floors/flats? This is one of the biggest issues I have encountered with such conversions.

noise insulation. As part of new regs and building control they will have to do noise tests to see if flats are insulated well enough to minimise sound

You may need to change the architect or consult with a planning officer. But it depends on various factors. Such as size of 2 flats and if there are enough local amenities
