You should have that, specially your SOP. Most of the questions are gonna be from your SOP. There is no way I know to access your application again.

Sir my cat had urinary blockage. Catheterisation was done It was very difficult and traumatized catheter kept for 6 days withe antibiotic cover 12 hr. after removal he had urinary incontinance but the urin is clear what to do? Please

Consult doctor again, it needs medicine, special diet, and if needed again catheterization. But after all this if the issue persist your vet may recommend surgery which is the permanent solution

Urine retention is a recurrent condition that can occur again and again, it needs special diet, medication and again catheterization if needed, if it persists again then you may need to go for surgery (perineal urethrostomy)

Why did you not put that catheter in some gel before you put it in the penis!? That is painful not to lubricate that first. After the fact you drew some lidocaine mixture, you probably wouldn't have needed to if you would have used gel, which is standard procedure. Maybe you should experience a dry catheterization yourself and then see what you think. 😢

The cat is in deep anesthesia meaning he is not feeling any pain, also all the procedures are done under strict veterinary observations and animal welfare and wellbeing are our top priorities

No, I am not the only person who noticed his trying to move away from the penile insertion and he vocalized discomfort at one point. Ir was not heavy anesthesia.

Yeah whenever there is urinary tract infection or blockage, there are very high chances that kidney and liver is also effected, thats why deep anesthesia is not recommended as it would be fatal, in medical sciences there is always a risk benifit ratio, by giving little pain we resolve higher pain. So everything was done to relieve the cat from pain and to save his life

I give you a example. I write a research proposal for PhD and send to my professor, he said me use chatgpt to correct the grammar mistakes. When I put my text on chat some mistakes highlights like "is, the, a, did, would". So if I use chatgpt for these mistakes is it okay or no ?

Yes, some people use Grammarly extension for grammar mistakes, and I have not seen any problem regarding rejection of their application. But ChatGPT is not recommended.

Temperature may be low due to being wet because of urine drops, keep him dry and warm, if shivering continues please consult the relevant doctor

This is NOT good veterinary ethics what we see here. This cat is not sedated enough. Try poking something in there with mild anesthesia yourself and then suture. Not nice, right? Why do you do it with your patients?

The patient was at end stage, a little more anesthesia would have killed him, thats why with due consultation we decided only to sedate a bit and not to give deep anesthesia. And that eventually worked; cat recovered in few days and living happily yet. In medical sciences we can take small risks to save lives 😊 Thanks alot for your concerns and kinds words, animal welfare is our top priority

It’s not a rumor. You have to write a paragraph on a topic (It can be any topic) so that they can compare English of your SOP and Paragraph. That’s why I never recommended anyone to use AI While writing SOP!
