Ws, Yes if you are not in First and Last year, you are eligible. No Tests like Toefl or IELTS is necessary. Once you get selected, they will pay for your Duolingo test ( They changed it this year in place of TOEFL)

it varies from University to University, I don’t have to Freeze my Semester, But some of my Fellows have to Freeze. So, It all depends on your University and Luck. But, in my view, For an Experience like this, Even if you have to Freeze your semester, Don’t even think twice.
