Cheers mate 👍👌, I just did the same this summer 🌞. On my Cube Nuroad Pro C:64 that came with the Fulcrum Red 900 and Swalbe One 40 mm. Changed to Fulcrum Wind 40 Carbon wheels, with Pirelli Race 28 and their TPU inner tubes as well.. Using GRX groupset and when changing the Wheels i did change the cassette from the 7000 serie to the 8000 for saving a bit of weight and leave the cassette for easy swapping if needed. I'm very happy with the result and did save 1,3 kg on the overall bike weight, not bad at all and really makes a difference on the feel of the bike 🚲 especially on climbing.. Nice video btw 😊 stay safe and have a good one 🌞👌👏.. Cheers from Denmark 🇩🇰..

I've got this bike, bought it in 1994 in a bike shop in Falmouth, the guy told me he couldn't shift it because it was 'pink' so it was discounted from RRP. Anyway I've kept it all these years, lovely to ride, my brother came over from OZ and rode it all around Cornwall. I rode it regularly after I moved to Northamptonshire in 2000 but the last couple of years it was in the garage after a knee injury (not on the bike). Had it serviced again earlier this year and it runs like a dream, had the cables and jockey wheels replaced but the rest of the groupset is fine, I think I have been through one chain in its life, the frame is a little heavy by modern standards but bombproof. There is a little forest with lots of trails not far away and have really been putting it through its paces. Nice to see another one has stood the test of time.

How do you recover from tight or cramping calf’s? as I get this after 5k’s sometimes
@Tomridesandruns2 ай бұрын
A good warm up is important firstly, with dynamic movements to get the blood pumping through the muscles and reduce the risk of injury. After the run its good to do some stretches as the body cools down. Strengthen at other times with calf raises will also help build the calf muscles up and protect from injury
@SpLiC32 ай бұрын
