Thanks! Yeah, it’s not bad. I don’t like Peak Design straps, that’s why I never bought one.
@s4eanКүн бұрын
Before giving your critiques, you should probably have tried loading more weight to determine if the straps would be uncomfortable, or if the bag would get hot. I haven't found either to be an issue with the 24L version loaded with gear.

How did u know I haven’t? Haha. I have, that’s why I said it. It may be different for you, but I have tried other bags that don’t have that issue, so I’m just stating what I find can be improved.

This definitely is a cool product. Not sure about Moonside as a company, though. This product was actually crowdfunded on Kickstarter last year. Almost 1 year later and so many backers have yet to receive their MagLight while non-backers can just go ahead and purchase it directly from the Moonside site. Totally sketchy. And I should know, I'm one of those backers still waiting for my kit. Even worse, the company is deleting all reasonably angry comments from backers on their social media posts.

I didn’t think they had the Sketch-Art for my XT5 but they do! I’m definitely looking at getting it. Do you think it will look okay on my silver body? It isn’t the black one so I’m not sure how the dials would contrast against the print
@nicholasclaytonliАй бұрын
Well it will cover the silver. The only black part it will leave out is the grip part. I actually took away the grip part, because I like it more. So I only stuck the vinyl on the top and bottom. I think regardless, you’ll love it!
@dbean5174Ай бұрын
@@nicholasclaytonli does it completely cover the exposure triangle dials (excluding aperture) or is it just the top? Because there spiked grip to the dials is the only thing I’m worried about. I also was probably going to not apply the grip part as my small rig grip wouldn’t look good.
@nicholasclaytonliАй бұрын

@dbean5174Ай бұрын
@@nicholasclaytonliok sounds good. I have the silver small rig grip so maybe I will have to get either the black one or use without a grip because the silver on the grip may be a little too strong compared to the art decal

one of the things I look on a printing company is having secure my personal pictures, especially when you’re printing summer beach pictures of your 2 daughters. I don’t think the world situation needs to be explain to know that your pictures can end up in the wrong hands. I ordered some prints a months ago and they haven’t arrived. I contacted customer support a couple of times and they can’t even provide a tracking number which is very unusual. After a months they are happy to tell me that my pictures are lost. My family’s beach pictures are lost maybe in the wrong hands exposing my daughters in swimsuits. Make yourself a favor a pay a little more to have them print somewhere else. This is a cheap company btw with cheap results because I also ordered a book and is very poor quiality. Keep yourself away from this company.

The floss is a great idea. I'm going to try it out on mine right now. Mine's been sticking and dragging the switch underneath the dials since I first bought it last year. It's been so bad I hardly use the shutter speed dial. Hope it works as well as it did with you

@@nicholasclaytonli it worked perfectly. The dials are now like brand new. Super smooth. The floss I use is waxed so I didn't use any oil, I just used the floss as it is. I wonder if this could be a good Main camera. I have an OMD EM5 3, but it’s video features aren’t that great in my opinion. My life is pretty mundane, so I’m not sure what I’d use this for. Water resistance would be great as I like to go hiking and doing out doors stuff. It would also be nice to use this to record myself painting.
@nicholasclaytonliАй бұрын
So, if you like hiking and going out in the rain, I’d honestly go with the insta360 x4. You might find that suits you more. It can still be used for your painting. This can be used as your main but once you go hiking and the weather is bad, you won’t be able to use it anymore. That’s what I think. Let me know what your final decision is! Goodluck!

@@nicholasclaytonli thank you for the advice. I already have a GoPro 10, but I found I wasn’t using it much in my mundane life. Currently I have no clue where I put it. I will keep the osmo pocket 3 in mind. The active tracking seems like a good feature.
@nicholasclaytonliАй бұрын
@@prestonowens4594no worries! The auto tracking is really remarkable. I’m pretty amazed at it. Don’t let yourself get bored, you never know what lies ahead, so make the most out of it! Take some videos and start shooting yourself on hikes! You never know who is interested!
