Would the extra hook affect the paddle tail ?

I’m not 100% sure but I think it’s not going to affect the paddle tail. Works well as usual 😎👍

1) you dont need assist hook. 2) in back 10-15santimeters flurocarbon and only 1 treble hook.

I’m not sure cuz it’s long time ago lol I believe it was 15 pound test fluorocarbon line by PLine and 35g Shimano sniper jig.

How does first cast compare to the rest of major craft? They have the new ceana line in the US. I was looking for a 7-9 foot rod to try shore jigging (10-15g) from jetties in the san Francisco bay & coastal beaches.

I got the rod for 15~45g jigs from the surf. I think I need to use it few more times, but I could feel comfortable when I cast. Its middle part was strong and supported well. Some of other light long rod’s top parts are too flexible and bother the lines moving through but I got almost none from this rod. And the guides are good. feel smooth.

Majorcraft makes some very nice rods. I own a number of them. They have a very expansive line to fish the surf with.

I would say it depends on the situation. Personally, when it’s more active I rather use drop shot. For picky, I rather use Carolina rig. Thanks for your comment 😊👍

They got so many names and i love it! You got the right gear, targeting these guys is really fun, hardly hit lures, but if you get one on, just hope it aint your favorite or a spensive one, cause they'll tear it apart with how vicsous they hit things. On my bobber rigs they pull bobbers down with such force you hear a loud aubile pop noise when the hit.
