❤❤🎉🎉🎉LISTEN TO MY WORST CASE SCENARIO.....I WAS A GREAT MOTHER, GOOD PERSON, HAD A PRIVILEGED UPBRINGING SAID CHILD PROTECTION TEAM...BUT I WAS A DRUG ADDICT...I DEFENDED MY ACTIONS AS I ONLY USE SELDOM, I PRIORITISE MY COST OF LIVING, FOOD AND CHILD PROTECTION WOULDN'T BUY MY EXCUSE...SO I TOLD THE COURTS THAT THEY CAUSED ME TO TURN TO DRUGS DUE TO STRES...I CRIED MY EYES OUT WHEN CPS DROVE ME TO REHAB PROMISING TO ALSO LET MY DAUGHTER LIVE THERE WEEKENDS.. THEY SAID I HAD TO FIRSTLY STOP USING FOR A PERIOD OF TIME, ESTABLISH A NETWORK OF SUPPORT B4 THEY CAN CONSIDER RETURNING HER ..I WANTED TO KILL MYSELF AND KILL THE WORKERS...👏👏📝Here i am years later living with my child in a shared care with father and now they love me!

Hi Vince……..Marie here. GUESS WHAT?? On 11/05/2024 Judge ordered my visits be resumed. After almost 6 whole months, based on bullshit. My visits resumed asap, 6 months of makeup visits, holiday visits made up. So in other words, I am thinking CFS Courthouse San Bernadino are finally taking responsibility for all their mess ups. NOW, I GET EMAIL FROM ATTORNEY SHE MENTIONS THAT 11/05/2024 court order for visits has been vacated. Attorney states on 06/20/2024, they took my visits, some bs about another kid taking my sons money ($305) and buying candy with it. Not me or my son, ever saw candy. Attorney states then on 08/24/2024, my former attorney ask for visits back, and it was denied. Vince My Attorney literally is going back in time, stated that the past court hearings are the reason that the last hearing has been vacated?? So what was the the 11/05/2024 hearing?? Where they filming for a Hollywood production, to see who is going to get the actor of year award!!! Are they aloud to just decide after everybody goes home for the day, what hearings they keep and what hearings they vacate?? Then I want 06/20/2024 & 08/24/2024 vacated, and keep 11/05/2024. I want to be in good standings with cfs San Bernadino Courthouse. She is talking about my case going to FA, then myself going to another family law courthouse to get my custody back with my child. I do not understand why I cannot be around my child. And I cannot trust anybody, how can this stuff even be done in law, is this stuff in the law books for this funky agency called cfs??

I am battling a DCFS case right now both my children are placed with kenship but my son is with my mother n law which is supporting us & for reunification so our son is pretty much all the way home. We get him whenever we want already with overnights & stuff and home trail placement starts in January BUT my daughter is with adopted sister & she said openly in front of us & DCFS that she will fight me till the end for my daughter no matter what it takes. She will never have custody of her again the day DCFS took custody of my daughter & paced her with my sister. I freaked out like crying & thought my rights were terminated immediately at 1st because DCFS just set there cool with it so I begged and was so confused & directly asked them is everyone saying right now that I will never see my baby girl again and I don’t even get a case plan to work for a fighting chance (I’ve been dealing with DCFS since I was 4 & I’m 33 now & not once have I been done right/honest by DCFS even as a child. All my cases even as a child by my parents were due to the disease of addiction) & they literally let me believe that for a few minutes than finally one of the DCFS ppl said yes we will have to transfer your case since I work for the local sheriffs office & they said I had to many community stake holders I worked with or some stuff so anyways it’s been a 1 year in Feb 14th since they took my children & I have only got to have about maybe a total of 3 weeks total of visit my daughter and the longest visit I’ve ever had with at one time is about 6 hours all other visits have been 2 hours at a time. I’ve had to go literally 3 to 4 months with all communication about her kept from me completely due to my adopted sister derailing the process for one reason or another & has even been able to state my 11 year old daughter was so scared of me and uncomfortable that she was afraid to respond to my texts messages when I had proof from just a a day or two before my daughter sending me songs about how I was the best mom in the world.

Stop anonymous reporting. If it is false then the parents should have the right to sue.

I believe this is what happened when the CPS worker came out in April when we were in Los Angeles. If she did not file in superior court, she could have very well done so if she wanted to.

Why isn't the government tracking this data? The unfortunate reality is that everyone in the courtroom knows that kids are not safer in foster care than they were at home. But judges and lawyers can't accuse the government of crimes without proof and a judge cannot investigate from the bench. And then everyone says how surprised they are when bad things happen to kids.

Wouldn’t worker and even DCFS be liable under 31 U.S. Code § 3729(B) - False claims (B) knowingly makes, uses, or causes to be made or used, a false record or statement material to a false or fraudulent claim; As well as false light / defamation? I definitely would like to speak with you.

So filing a false DCFS claim or report to used to cast false light against me as the means to validate an illegal search for groundless information made in the report? Last I checked a false claim is against the law especially if it used against the non offending parent with no criminal record.

I was an addict for under 6 months. They took all 8 of my kids which was warrented. Even after I did every single thing they asked me to do, after 3 years my case worker told me I would never get them back and I should give up on them. I didn’t. The caseworker ended up leaving the district but the casa worker promised my 17 yr old an apartment, checks, free college as long as she didn’t go back with me. They gave 4 of my kids to their father whom molested my daughter, but I did get custody back of 2 of my girls and have joint custody of 4 and my oldest is grown and never received anything at all from dcs bc they didn’t file for any of it by the deadline.

Also we both missed court last week and thank goodness for usps bc they take pics of everything coming to your mailbox....why are they lying to me? Why is my court appointed attorney lying as well...? Is this all to do with the adoption or attempt to do so,with my daughter? The lady who has her does not have custody of her own 10 or old daughter and she's white, our daughter will need to understand one day and have questions about her being biracial in which my husband and myself knew we had to handle this one day
