How CPS treats veterans!!

Hi my cps case is closed. My sons father was found neglectful supervision, i had called the cops on him the night of the incident. I packed a few bags and have been staying at my parents with my son. My caseworker referred me to parenting classes and my son to eci. Can i do my classes online? Does my son NEED to go to eci if i don't have any concerns.... can he do an eci screening with his pediatrician instead....?
