Thank you always for your wonderful and inspiring insights. Its a beautiful song of Haazinu. I have a question, could the `shape` of Haazinu in the text of the Torah, the way it is written with the two shapes in reverse of each other, could it be in some way expressing what you shared with us of this idea of the way Moshe has reversed the order, and the way one side of the shape reaches up, and the other in reverse faces down in a poetic sense, like us `climbing` up to HaShem through our prayers, and Him coming down to meet us in relationship? I think there are many interpretations for the shape of the Haazinu in the Torah, and just thought of that connection now when hearing your shiur. I will need to listen again! Shana Tova! Shalom be upon Israel!

This is really a matter of reality as Torah is at all times. We do not always understand that reality, so we say things like "this is metaphor". Well sometimes it is which only further complicates matters. Suppose moshiach is alive, knows his mission since birth, the people alsp want moshiach, but the current situations domestically in Israel and internationally speaking would not possibly result in Geulah. G-d wpupd cause some really insane bad "luck" for moshiach. That ain't luck. That ain't random. Moshiach has been ready a thousand times before now just never at the same time as you.
@AriGoldwag4 күн бұрын
this is not about the old way of thinking. this is about looking at things as they are, which is hard once we've been programmed one way.
@EmetSheker4 күн бұрын
@@AriGoldwag any obstacle can be overcome but some things only happen one time and have to be perfect. The people are ready now and the obstacles only serve to ensure the time is right. Otherwise moshiach would have already been revealed. That's what is difficult about it...we can't understand sometimes how G-d (who we know wants to bring us Geulah in fullness) would at the same time delay it. But this is what is meant by "b'ita achishena", that when the time is right, in G-d's Exclusive determination, He can bring it about in an instant. He is a Builder of Great Wonders and a Doer of Magnanimous Deeds.
@AriGoldwag4 күн бұрын
Moshiach has two parts. one is called Moshiach ben Yosef, and it is more of a process, and one is called Moshiach ben Dovid, and it is more like the completion of the process. we are already far along in the MBY process and we are nearing the MBD time. what you are talking about it MBD. what I am talking about is MBY.
@EmetSheker3 күн бұрын
@@AriGoldwag I think moshiach ben yosef isn't something described in Torah but rather something people use to make sense of what they can't understand. One soul has existed and waited all this time for a moment to be born so it can give its existence for the cause of G-d. One person can have seemingly disparate aspects of himself and they can exist harmoniously within him in balance. It's these disparate attributes causing people to assume there are two kings. Bilaam was talking about the internet, not two people. If you were moshiach (let's say ben Dovid for this purpose) and you were alive today it's virtually certain you'd at some point use social media. "I see him, but not now" -- you can see comments from years ago, still on the internet like a snapshot from time -- "behold him, but not near" -- it's enabled us to communicate from across the globe! And we have these avatars, i.e. I can put a photograph up online and you'd see me, but not physically close to you. The rabbonim* couldn't even fathom photography, let alone the internet. Bilaam could. (Kabbalists did) So it seems outdated to continue going with explanations from an era so distant. I know what chazal say but we know chazal have to be wrong about SOME things...how do we know this? They told us so. Moshiach (ben Dovid) comes with a new Torah -- but we know it can't be different words. So what could be so "new"? The explanation and understanding. For it to be new, what it replaces is old by definition.

no, you need to study and spend years on it. you are not correct. go back to my first group of moshiach podcasts on my website if you want to actually understand instead of dismissing without knowing anything about it. arigoldwag.com/understanding-moshiach/

Thank you for the inspo. Baruch HaShem for speaking through you. Today has been a week … but I strengthen myself through the miracles made in Israel earlier in the week. Ahavat Israel is something that I really want to use as a lock in tactic for merits from HaShem. Next I’m going to try my best not to lie for anything. Lying is basically fear of a result. Psalm 27 teaches us we don’t need to fear so why lie? This is the second confirm I needed. Thanks to you and rabbi alon Anava here on KZbin. Shabbat shalom May HaShem write you in the book of life along with every person that has a breath of true teshuva. I’m looking forward to the next bitachon as a new breakdown to psalm 27. May HaShem allow you to break down this psalm intimately for the times of now. I’ve been searching for updated videos but not the perspectives I was seeking I feel your perspective will allow us to view this psalm in a way to really give strength to us and to have HaShem give courage to everyone who hears
