He is good in lv1 invades, but from lv2 to form he is an half champion, and the “soft inting” strategy that helped you getting form in previous patches doesn’t work anymore because you are basically giving free ways to snowball to the enemy

i think thats the point, so that ppl arent afk farming as much

I only really ever struggled about keeping up during the first few games of the season, i lost every single feats of strength but after like 5 games I kinda found out some tricks I could use to delay the enemy from getting it and get it for myself

@@Pitohui02 grubs is interesting bc you need all 3. If you’re at disadvantage going into first grubs there’s a lot of value in stealing only 1 grub

Play him ap bruiser rather than assassin > abuse ekko's excellent early dps then transition to engage/peel mid to late with W and iceborn gauntlet procs after rushing stormsurge 1st item. Stacking magic pen with sorc shoes and mask/void staff around 4th item keeps dps reasonable as you get tankier into the late game.

@@kenchu4590 I tend towards dark harvest in most cases to affirm ekko's early burst power. Other more specific options I've considered are hail of blades to proc passive easier, which can help more in jg matchups like kindred or shaco where you'd expect more counter jungling and as such potentially having extended 1v1 encounters in jungle without assistance. Phase rush is good for ganking power against slippery matchups either with heaps of dashes/mobility/peel (lulu/ashe/mf/braum as e.g.).

@@kenchu4590 realistically you're winning games with ekko in the first 10-15min anyways, building towards bruiser just gives you far more wiggle room in longer games when enemy team are 2 to 3 items in and are far harder to burst down (as is the issue with all assassins atm).

Tahts the thing with this guy. Every time I look at his tier list its like he forgets champions. Graves is still S tier. I don't see Khazix either. Honestly seems like he just makes a video in few mins and that's it. Like explain why certain champion are lower or higher or gone.

Graves only high elo great and Kha is not played at all, he is just viable at mains.

I've been doing this for 10 years, man...I've seen every meta. Eyeball is gone. Zombie/Ghost are gone so Umbral interaction is gone. He's weaker vs Kindred and AP champions like Nunu/Zyra. All 3 are strong. His win rate is shit. I'm the only person that WAITS FOR A PATCH to assess strength based upon my experience, talking with others, VoD studying, coaching, AND data. But go off. Kha'Zix is weak too for the similar reasons. No eyeball = no bonus AD until Roses at 14... that HURTS your snowball. This plus matchups and who you will face more often = not actually S tier. If you are a godlike Graves? You will be fine, of course. But this isn't for "If you main and are godlike" - it's overall for people to pickup champs for 99% of players.
