As a zac otp who wants to farm the first few levels to get some points in your E, these changes feel rough. Cant 1v1 any jungler and will get perma cheesed and invaded by enemy junglers for first blood and my donkey teammates will stand under turret rather than scout for enemy invades :). And very hard to follow up the tempo of those early game junglers while avoiding the 1v1. Need to have some perfect counter ganks to be relevant in the early game

So, a greater focus on strategy and team coordination during a time where the META is entirely focused on 1v9 champs. F***king wonderful. Nobody outside of the jungle is even gonna know how this works.

The AFK scaling meta is finally over. I've always hated those games where my team and I had a great early game, I had a 100% KP, got all objectives, but oh don't worry the enemy 0/3/0 Graves/Heca can still oneshot your entire team after AFK farming for 21 mins. Dominating the early game and outsmarting the enemy jungler should feel rewarding. I know some champions need to scale, but the fact that they can completely annihilate any lead you've achieved as a team by simply... idk, existing? is absurd.

Does first two grubs even give it? Dont we have to be full clearing grubs now since the "defeated" is what triggers it?

The latter is my understanding (only 3/3-grubs-taken counts as one objective). Source: Haven't played PBE but have watched content creators do so.
