I only play from my recliner using my PC. Use a launcher like "Playnite" that bring in all the PC store games you have, and it has a very simple consolesque experience.

Playstation is in the same boat as xbox when it comes to "exlusives" ps5 only has 1 game that id like to play but a pc port is comfirmed for stellar blade this year so ps5 only really has like 2 games that r exlusive rise of ronnine and astrobot.

The second game is enormous just to warn you. If you're already sick of the gameplay that much you're not gonna like the next game, I doubt you'd get through it. It does offer more fluid gameplay and much better animations, even against this remake. They just did better mocap for the second game and it's very noticeable. For me, Part 2 was a hell of a ride. It's BRUTAL but a great story and I never got sick of the gameplay so I was in a very different spot than you are.

Dude, I hate to break it to you, you arent the target market anymore, Find me an 18-25 year old that gives a crap that halo might go to ps5... The days of exclusives are behind us. Even sony is thinking twice about dropping hundreds of millions into single player exclusives, they both are chasing smash hit live service games.

GamePass is a terrible idea but you’re paying $180 a year for game trials, a mediocre game library and cloud streaming? Xbox is fine and growing overall. The only folks who care about exclusivity are the 35 year old and up people who grew up when exclusivity was the main differentiator between consoles. 99% of games are on both consoles. As cost continues to rise for games, these brands will expand their ecosystem to rope in more customers. Sony is doing the same thing. Xbox started with PC releases in 2017, ppl said PlayStation wouldn’t do it. In 2024, you can say with almost absolute certainty when Sony games hit PC. Just a week ago, Sony said PC is not a threat in response to their PC releases. Phil Spencer said the same thing in 2019. My guess is PC day one releases are coming. Sony spent billions on cloud streaming too. They are literally walking the same path Xbox started down in 2016. If their model was working so well, they wouldn’t be expanding and investing all this money trying to get a live service game to as Herman Hulst put it “get our business on a more sustainable path”.

Sony should drop the price of PS+. There’s no way it should cost as much as GamePass.

I'm not normally a fan of RTS at all, but the whole ant/insect idea of this game caught my interest. I tried the free demo and I really enjoyed the exploration aspect a lot but whenever the RTS stuff started (base building/resource gathering/etc.) my interest plummeted unfortunately. It was interesting to see your review, as you're pretty much the opposite :)!

Man I agree with you 100% on wanting other than a shooting game for VR. Is like almost everything out there is a shooting game. A space simulation will be awesome! Something comparable to Microsoft Flight Simulation but in space. High fidelity ships with systems, physics, the application of science! Shit that makes you think and you actually learn something.

I've been so out of the Call Of Duty franchise after Black Ops 2, I was more into other shooters at the time such as Killzone, Bioshock, Half-Life 2, Unreal Tournament and others. I do think the driving force for COD is course the multiplayer, where the fans will still continue purchasing these games and will do anything to get all the perks, passes and other content to drop bunch of $ and it's something I'm not particularly a fan of honestly. The older COD entries to me were better from COD 4 Modern Warfare through Black Ops 2 to me was peak Call Of Duty, and the later entries just feel recycled and the same without adding anything new or innovative. Just my two cents, COD may be the most popular FPS out there in the gaming world but I just prefer other shooters that are more immersive and fluid.

Lots of insanely hard games nowadays. Hades, Fear and Hunger, Hollow Knight, Hotline Miami, dead cells, blasphemous, etc. But you gotta have an open mind with games that have the ability to challenge you even with difficulty settings. It's not a bad thing, but it certainly is a bragging right platinuming a challenging game that not many were able to accomplish. Settings or not.

My time is valuable and games are coming out too fast many of time with time limited events. At best best they should enable harder difficulties for those that want it. Me I would rather have fun than be a tryhard.

Yeah games are getting easier by designe so that casuals dont get frustrated and return the game or stop playing Minimum difficulty should be normal ...no easy mode needed

New Subscriber here, I wanna touch some subjectivity in this video and there's alignments I agree with. I've been gaming since the days towards the N64 and Playstation 1 consoles, I grew up with Zelda, Resident Evil, Street Fighter, Final Fantasy, Mortal Kombat, Metroid, Sonic and many more. The problem is that alot of modern-day games not only have became so accessible and easier to get lost in it's own navigation, I feel gamers shouldn't feel obligated to play video games on a easier difficulty scale but rather play games casually and not rely on heavy competitors. From Software is a great example, one of my favorite companies that keeps getting better progressively as a company for how detailed and perfectly crafted their games truly became. From Elden Ring, to Armored Core I think some gamers fail to realize that games should be for the entertainment purposes in feeling themselves be immersive by it's deep narrative and not having to challenge themselves playing the hardest games known to man anywhere from Contra, Ninja Gaiden, Hollow Knight, Hotline Miami and others to name a few. Cool video overall and earned a new sub!

Thank you for your review. I was curious about the game, as it's on sale in Norway. I have many good memories of Inspector Gadget from my childhood. It's unbelievable that a game with so much potensial, opted for such bad graphics, poor game Play, poor story, poor logic, and poor continuity. Why did they even bother to make this game? The audience who would have spent money on this, is 45+ years old, and willing to spend good money to relive our good memories. This is the worst crap I have seen in a long time.

The storytelling in this game was intentionally confusing because the story itself in a way is like a puzzle it's up to interpretation in a way i argue the story besides the atmosphere was very interesting and kept me playing the game all the way through

Anyone complaining about the PS5 Pro price is entitled. Gaming is a premium hobby. You're not entitled to it. You got lucky, and were born in a first world country where we can experience things like this. The consoles are made for people that have money, and that arent struggling with their finances. Just got this game for my birthday and was SO excited and I cannot believe how boring this game is. I loathe the "combat" or lack of it. It's all auto battles and you only control the units in the overworld, but it's all auto moving with pausing? Ugh it feels so bad and I cannot understand why they would chose to do that. It's got no gameplay at all, it's purely strategy but not the fun parts, just meticulous planning and I hated it.

People who say, just buy a PC, just don't understand what it's like to be in an ecosystem. I have 125 games, that includes 17 games in my backlog and more than that in my replay pile not to mention PS+ extra. So ~40-50 or so games I have at no added cost. That's years of games I'd have to rebuy on PC if i went to PC making PC more expensive.
