Agreed 💯 %. I've been a customer for years and consultant on /off for many as well. This whole thing from start to finish has soured my feelings towards Scentsy. From execution of changes to resorting back to an obsolete business model to Dan Orchards sexist condensing tone used in his flustered, unprofessional Zoom meeting...I've just had it. Love vender wax & would rather support people who honestly care about the customer. ❤

Great hearing what you've been warming through! I'm melting whatever LOL Some winter, some summer, some floral, some fresh, some fruity - just whatever I feel like. I'm also going through my Scentsy Club and melting some of those bars to make sure I absolutely need to keep them in my club.

Thanks for sharing your empties! Tried a vendor scoops for the first time this mo from a de-stash. Scoopabletarwax’s Spiced zucchini bread. Learned it’s not a fav scent, but I can make it work w mixes. BUT, I am so curious to know, what is the appeal to scoops bc darn they are messy to work with. What’s the trick to less mess?? 😅. (I’ll be asking on everyone’s empties bc I am needing some perspective 🤔)

They all sound great. I'm trying to venture into vendor wax this year. I'm hoping to try to have a few favorites by the end of the year.

I ordered from TB’s. I am still figuring out what of hers works for me and what doesn’t so that means buying all the new that sounds good. Shame on me! I made cuts and more cuts, but still ended up with too much. SIGH. 😢 I warmed that Dessa’s scent and got more apple than banana. I get it with the notes but was hoping for more banana bread. Interested in hearing your warm review. I follow Patricia Gaetz’s wax challenge. Been doing that for months since seeing Natalie talk about it. I am still very much warming winter scents with a few fruity and fresh thrown in here and there. I chop and melt candles all the time. I enjoy using molds to make wax melts. You can get them cheap at HomeGoods. Also crock and lamp candles. And burn them. But honestly the sooting drives me a little nuts. Melting them gives better throw and no sooting. Win win! And you’re right, it makes more sense economically. I’ve had decent luck with throw from GC. I will say that they are known to weed out their negative reviews. If you love Beach Nights, pick up Warm & Welcome. It’s a dupe. A number of their scents are dupes of BBW candles.

I think I'm one of the VERY few that doesn't care for Scentsy's King Cake. But I love me some King Cake from The Pharmacist's Daughter. So good! Every now and then, I order a King Cake from LA. Not sure if I will this year or not. Sometimes, a co-worker who is from NOLA orders one. Hopefully, he does and I can grab a piece! 🤣 Then again, if my Eagles win, I may have to treat myself!😂

I think they didn’t intend on addressing it at all and hoped to slip it past people. I’m glad enough people have had the nerve to speak out and force them to address it. I’ve unfortunately lost people I respected and enjoyed following because they didn’t allow anyone to ask or question the decisions. I too will be discontinuing my consultant status.

My pregnant daughter keeps requesting king cake(an actual cake) and we no longer live in southern Louisiana sooo I promised her I would do my best to make one for her..funny because she doesn’t like bakery wax and her husband has banned the king cake wax from being melted in their home 😆 I’m ready for fresh and fruity too! I started and order with teddy b’s and I was right at $500 so I tried to make adjustments and just ran out of time sadly. Maybe I can try to shop a destash or there will be rts of leftovers after preorders ship. I’d love to try her wax one day. Great melting basket!!

You have some great empties. I can't believe you went through that brick! I haven't even touched mine. I'm working on older ones. I need to try some of these other vendors. Those blends sound amazing. I am working on a little of both winter and spring scents. It's more like fresh/snowy and clean/fruity. I can't wait till spring.

I buy candles just to chop them up and melt them all the time, they perform sooooo much better for me that way!

I noticed that I got better performance with Teddy Bee's when I used a tiny piece, half of what I would normally put in my warmers

My basket is a lot of scents I’ve never tried before and I’ve had for a while. I’m tired of winter scents.

I placed a tiny order from TB’s. Only 5 scents. Two of which I was waiting for a year or more to come back so I had to 😊

I also said I wasn’t going to participate in the TB preorder, I have a ton and realized a lot of them are bedroom and small space scents and don’t work in my open space, but I didn’t have your willpower and went in twice 😭 I’m gonna stay strong for the RTS though

Congrats on the surge of new subbies - I am one of them! I don't do a melting basket, per se, but I have certain scents that I will be warming this month for sure. I love Goose Creek - I feel better supporting a family business than a huge corp like BBW - although I find their candles are very similar in look and performance. Love them both. Just ordered a few candles and some wax melts from them - expensive here in Canada but I decided to treat myself. PS Your sweet little sneezer sounds like my son - certain scents send him into a sneezing fit! Wonder if that is the case with her? xoxo Vicky

Wine Cellar from BBW is so good! I still have a candle from candle day a few years ago that I need to melt 😂 unfortunately I don’t get the best performance from Fantasy Wax Melts either which is kinda a bummer because she always has great themes for her releases!

Yes! To everything you said. I did really well for a while but got in during "covid" after being a customer on and off for years. I never really held stock bc i was never going to spend money up front on stuff i didnt personally want lol. Got rid of almost all of it last year when sales dipped with mystery bags and never really purchased more for myself. Cancelled my club in like october 24 too, bc i wasnt maintaining the cost to pay for it and i refused to spend other money on it. After december 24 i crucnched my numbers for the year and i decided to cancel. Then seeing these changes, im so glad i did. Theyre basically screwing the people who worked hard to build them up and regardless of whats said id put money on the mlm platform they use being no more by next year. Nice to see someone else with "scents" on here!!! Really though im glad youre not being fooled and i just couldnt help the pun. 😂

Hi, also a consultant. I canceled my website before the changes came out. I'm keeping my club for now but will not be a consultant after this month. For me the biggest thing was needign to make the 250 to keep the 25% that was said to be for life. Even the new catalogue is still showing the 25% for life.

I’m mainly on my winter blends still trying to get a large dent in 22-23 before I transition. Love this video !! Thank You 💕
