KFS sugar cookie bread is fan flipping tactic! I am not a huge bakery fan, but I've been getting more into bakery. Knowles does an amazing job with bakery.

Yes, Scentsy's bakery bars have this browned butter or brown sugar base. Since you mentioned the similarity, I understand what you mean. The only few I know from recent releases that don't have it is Maraschino sugar cookie and strawberry lemon cake.
