I’m late to watching this but someone at my work was outside talking to someone about how much they work out and he said no matter how hard you hit it physically, if you don’t change your diet you’ll never see the results you want. You can use Lush products a lot longer than de label says, as long as it doesn't stink or has a weird texture I'm using it, it's expensive enough.😂

I love how you said the garlic is finely milled like a setting powder 19:18 in. That cracked me up, but I’m sure it’s true too. Garlic is a must have so if you found the one you love the most…you gotta keep that finely milled goodness.
