Omg replace that deck!!! And keep the hegde thats soo cute with a table and chairs and umbrella!!!! With an outdoor rug. And then a firepit in the yard with lights up and strung around there is so many possibilities. I hope you dont remove it. Its such a cute quirk.

Congratulations to you guys! Getting your furst house is so exciting. We also have a sun room and we love to spend time in there having our morning coffee! Luna is absolutely precious! Excited for Poncho to run and play in his new big yard. Just a tip for boxes, if you go to walmart or even dollar general, they will let you take boxes for packing that way you can save some money instead of buying them. We of course asked first, but theyll let you take all you want. Just trying to help. ❤

Are back gardens not usually fenced in in the USA? Mind blown if so. How do you stop people walking across your land???

it really just depends! The homeowner has to pay to fence in their yard and it a pretty big expense! So, many people choose not to. we have one neighbor next door with a fenced in backyard and the other does not. So we just stay on our side & they stay on theirs.
