Still useful four years later! Only vid I could find that showed me how to restring instead of having me buy another spool. Especially helpful because my weed eater was my grandpa’s originally and even before he passed the manual was long gone. Thanks for making this!

You shouldn't have to worry about the floor jack releasing and the car falling on you because you put either blocks or a stand or two under the car to support it while under neath.

Thanks for pointing out that the plugs for this also have washers. Bottom of my transmission is wet and i think the dealer techs left the original washers on. So now it seeps MTF. gonna check tomorrow. Thanks.

A single wrap like this may not last you very long! I've had success doing two-three layers over each other, Moving first one way, then coiling back up the other way over the previous layer. It seems to get a little more caught up when you go past three layers or so.

I use the headphone jack to plug into external speakers and get that message. I tried your solution and I still get that message and the automatically lowering of the volume. Might you have a another solution? Thank you

HI. Is the gasket on the bleeder screw (the large screw) an actual gasket, crush washer or O-ring? You said the smaller screw has an o-ring, then said replace both o-rings. I want to be sure the larger screw has an o-ring before I find out it's some sort of proprietary gasket that can only be found in eastern europe or China. Thanks.
