All HUGs 💁🏻‍♀️ I’ve always been a Hugger at any stage of meeting anyone! I truly believe in Heart Hugs as well! My grandmother none stop would tell me that my hugs are healing! As a mom, always made sure my kiddos had some type of skin to skin contact hugs rather my hand on theirs or on their spin or on their neck to reconnect to our natural bond from when they grew, developed inside my womb. Most times I can immediately know when a person needs a hug without exchanging words! Hugs are crucial for human nature! Sometimes when I feel someone near me that needs a hug but they are reserved, I will gently ask them do they need a hug and often time they say yes or just lean into for the hug and they appear happier or better afterwards. The same thing for a simple smile can make someone’s day! lol! Other times I will notice someone is a bit down or serious or lost in thought… I will tell them: You dropped something… person turns to look around and then look at me confused… I then immediately tell them Their Smile AND then that person Smiles walks away with joy! 😊
