Yes ma’am. Conditioner isn’t really for your scalp nor roots since you just cleansed your scalp you want to keep it that way. I focus on my ends because it’s the oldest part of my hair and they need the most attention and I’m trying to replenish the moisture within my hair strands not build up product on my scalp right after I just washed it. @@shoresh7100 definitely! Is conditioning really necessary? I’m curious if I’m able to just skip that and do a leave in and every once in awhile do a deep condition…

Depends. When I’m shampooing I’ll more than likely use warm water to open up the cuticle but after I’ve conditioned i try to use cool to close them back up. (It doesn’t always work this way.) typically I stick to warm because it’s the most comfortable temperature for me.

@@shoresh7100 okay I asked because I get conflicting answers and tbh I don’t feel like cool water does anything for me but then again my husband tells me I’m basically showering in lava 😂😂😂 I can’t help it I enjoy hot showers

Hi, the yellow stuff you see is because I used the Aztec clay mask on my hair, this is the second step to the max hydration method. I have a video on my channel of me mixing it and using it further down so I didn’t show all of that. What’s different about this technique is it’s it’s use of the clay and acv. The acv which will cleanse, purify and balance the ph of your hair and scalp and the mask which will cleanse your hair similar to a shampoo without completely stripping your of all the natural sebum and nutrient. Conditioning after this allows for the product to work throughly throughout your hair leaving you with moisturized and defined hair all while eliminating frizz. The last thing I added was gel because I was going into a wash and go. Hope this helps ❤️

You could try an hot oil treatment 1-3 times a week with Clove oil, Rosemary oil, mustard or olive oil is also very good. Don't wash it out until your next wash day I hope this will help you :)
