In a small glass of cold water add a quarter teaspoon bicarb soda and a dash of apple cider vinegar. Fucking delicious.

Mocktails are supppsed to be sweet. Alchohol is nothing but sugar. It's to give you the same effect. A treat.
@Krabbeltje15 күн бұрын
Mwah, I wouldn't agree with that. Mocktails are alcohol free cocktails, and cocktails aren't sweet by definition. So if you don't drink alcohol and don't like (crazy) sweet, it is a shame if all mocktails are really sweet. Soda is already sweet. So that leaves.... water???

As someone who has hypothyroidism and female hormonal issues, every endocrinologist I’ve met with has immediately referred me to an OBGYN the moment I begin talking about estrogen and my cycle as my other issue is “easily managed” but I wanted to know if the two were interacting! But then when I met with the OBGYNs most of them were solely focused on pregnancy and preventing pregnancy and overall female health rather than hormonal imbalances specifically. It is really refreshing to hear an endocrinologist who has a full picture of all hormones in the body overall, speak on female specific hormones and how they interact with our health, diet and lifestyle. OBGYNs definitely are key here but I definitely think it’s important for endocrinologists to be informed on female hormonal health as well and tbh I’m disturbed by my experiences with multiple over the years so far to a point that once my thyroid levels became controlled with synthroid- I stopped seeing them- there was no point.

I chose this as my morning video today and somehow fell at a perfect time when my grandmother and I decided to make homemade gifts for our friends and family as a way to enjoy the season a bit more and escape some of the holiday stress. Every single point you made hit close for me and when you started talking about your cat, I genuinely started crying because I feel how much you love her and I know how it feels to like an animal so much. You make me reflect on things in a way that’s not the typical, “I need to change now” But true thoughts that reflect feelings I’ve had that I can carry with me and remind myself throughout the rest of my life. Moments really are what matters, and memories are all we are left with at the end of the day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this life changing video

It would be helpful if you didn't remove pauses, this is quite exhausting to listen to especially given the subject matter😅

What she’s saying is that financial burdens should be covered fairly in proportion to each one’s income, which is perfectly fine and fair as long as everyone contributes. Problem is not going 50/50 or not, problem is most women claim to be high maintenance and don’t want to contribute a single cent.

“Never combine income” so you are roommates not partners. This podcast is just a ‘how to get divorced’ tutorial.

This is the reason so many people get divorced. Just because you have a mouth doesn’t mean you have good advice.

You should not be talking about “you make… I make….” Its “we make” the amount of modern couples that dont get this is insane. Do yourself a favor and pool your money. And make separate fun money accounts. You dont have to fight about money when you are a team instead of roommates.

Love this. Novelty is tricky business for those of us who push into new areas for the sake of developing the mind/body/spirit. . . at the expense of consistency and reliability. The world loves a "machine worker," yet the creative that's driven by novelty and originality often provides the greatest value to society.

Damn, the delusion is hilarious. Every couple should have a prenup. Also, if you want the rent/mortgage to be proportionate to pay, then if divorce happens, it should be proportionate, too. But I'm sure y'all still want that 50/50 split of the house.

It should be what ever works for the couple. I do the joint thing and I am the only one bringing in money. I make good money, hardly spend anything, and debt keeps getting higher. I have had the conversation, get lip service that the frivolous spending will stop, and next day more DoorDash, in game purchases, and amazon packages showing up.

Best thing my partner and I did to get ahead was to combine all our income into a single pool and then decide together how it is allocated. We had so much money towards real joint goals. We started with 50/50 and then realised like this video, that it isn't fair. So moved onto proportional. This still had us having separate money and just contributing to joins over heads. Once pooled all that discretionary spending came to light and we could reign it in and allocate excess to savings. We saved for a wedding in one year and a house deposit in a few years after that.
