Here's what you do to solve your problem. Go to Dashboard > Products > click on the product you want active... Then under the status modal on the top right look for the "publishing" modal. Hit the 3 dots > manage sales channels > check "online store" click done and save it. Should show up now.

Hi great video, i set all mine up in april 2024 and synced all shopify products to tiktok i get lots of orders but then september 2024 it stopped syncing order from tiktok come through to shopify but if i change stop manually its not syncing like it did before and if i add tracking on shopify it wont sync to tiktok its now twice the work and shopify and tiktok dont now why im gutted

Some great stuff, thanks! But I don't quite get how the rates are tied to the respective carriers??? You put in USPS in the text, and at about 10:00 you put FedX in the Rate Name - but how does that price and condition actually point to the carrier that is used? I am using Printify and how would they know which orders are shipped via USPS and which are FedX ? Or is this just for shops doing their own shipping? Thanks!

If Printify is shipping the orders for you, it doesnt matter who they ship with, USPS or Fedex, becuase they are the ones doing the Shipping. Your job is to charge them whatever Printify is charging you to ship. You dont have to program saying USPS or Fedex. Just say Standard Shipping. Next, depending on what youre selling, shipping fees vary. How does Printify disinguish this? Based on Price? Weight? Whatever that is, you need to apply those scenerios on your shipping settings. Works great the only thing i wonder is, in your example the previe image was not black, my videos all have a black screen so this looks not really great. May I ask you what i did wrong? I assume any video also yours start with a black image and not right away with the image you like customers to see as still. Thanks a bunch, if I can pay you a coffee let me know. Edit: Found a solution, in the data area you can click the video file and then changen the prview image of the video. But this seems like extra work, do i really need to screenshot now the first working image of the video and download it in here? Somehow that sounds weird. KZbin simply lets me select one of 3 chosen images from the video which is time saving and easier. Maybe you have an idea. The coffe offer stands, even if you dont have a solution here.

First off congrats on your first order. It seems like youre selling a high ticket item. This causes a red flag with Shopify especially when youre just first starting. Im not sure exactly what youre selling but I would contact Shopify support and ask them why is it taking so long to pass you that money. The first order is always the long pending. Also make sure the order has been fulfilled with a tracking number. This helps Shopify know that youre done your part.
