I wouldn’t say will Howard isn’t a good quarterback, is an elite quarterback no but he’s a really good quarterback. He is tied for first place with pass completion percentage 73.2%. Against top 25 games his RTG is 166.3 & 77.6%, his season number are 73.2% for 3171 yards 9.2 yard per pass 29 TD & 9 pics in 13 games so far. That doesn’t look like a bad quarterback to me, but a really good quarterback. Georgia won two back to back titles with not a elite quarterback just a really good one, made good decisions and his name was Stetson Bennett. His first title season stats 64.5% for 2862 yards 10.9 yards per pass 29 TD & 7 pics in 14 games. His second title 68.3% for 4128 yard 9.1 yards per pass 27 TD & 7 pics in 15 games. Bennett & Howard look pretty similar now it remain to be seen if he wins the title, but numbers are close. The playoff got tougher to win natty with 3 or 4 straight top 12 opponents to beat Bennett only had to beat 2.
