"Tell Chester" was a great episode that showed Chester's kind hearted nature and humanity.

Chester was the best friend and sidekick that Matt Dillon had. Starting in season 8 when Chester didn't appear in every episode the show changed and lost some of the magic it had. Festus was never as good as Chester. Dennis Weaver was a far better actor than Ken Curtis.

Man the end of that video put a big smile on my face. Most of us know what it's like to get a great job. There's so much satisfaction in knowing that a company wants you. You can see he still smiles thinking about that day.
