Free shuttle service between the old town to the hotel - there is none, but you can hail a Grab car from the hotel and vice versa. Not expensive just around 3-5 USD per way. Pick-up service - if you tell the hotel that you need a transport from Da Nang to Hoi An, they can provide you with a ride which is around 370,000 VND one way. But safe and absolutely stunning scenery along the way. 30-40 min ride to Serene Nature Hotel. Spa - you can reserve 24 hours before the service, you can do it straight away when you checked-in to ensure availability of the Spa. I hope that answers your questions. Have a good travel to Hoi An.
