Yes, there is available services near the pool, as the hotel's main cafe is super near. You can just request for some food while taking a dip at the pool.

Is there a free shuttle bus between the old town and the hotel? And is there a pickup service if I move from Da Nang? If there is, I wonder how much it costs. I would like to know if there is any information about using the spa. Is there any data to refer to?

Hello there. Thanks for watching our vlog. To answer these questions..here's some information we can give you as per our travel details.. Free shuttle service between the old town to the hotel - there is none, but you can hail a Grab car from the hotel and vice versa. Not expensive just around 3-5 USD per way. Pick-up service - if you tell the hotel that you need a transport from Da Nang to Hoi An, they can provide you with a ride which is around 370,000 VND one way. But safe and absolutely stunning scenery along the way. 30-40 min ride to Serene Nature Hotel. Spa - you can reserve 24 hours before the service, you can do it straight away when you checked-in to ensure availability of the Spa. I hope that answers your questions. Have a good travel to Hoi An.
