Thank you for watching and commenting. If the battery is stuck, use a plastic pry tool to gently lift it from the compartment. Start from one corner and slowly work your way around the battery to loosen it.

Thank you for this. I have 786 GB storage available and the system is slow. Tried everything. I use to study via websites. I have 4 GB RAM tgought it would be enough. Thinking of upgrading RAM as task manager shows 81% memory used when I have just website and PDFs opened. Haven't upgraded RAM and SDD storage yet. Thank you again. Open to any suggestions.

@@SGupta-y3f You are welcome. If storage is low, try getting and installing 500GB or 1000GB m.2 SSD NVMe size 2242 drive (blue padding on it in the video). You will also have to reinstall Windows on this new drive. Upgrade the RAM like in the video. I put buying recommendations from Amazon in the description box below the video. i atempted this on this exact same model and windows cant seem to detect the nvme disc... i used a full lenght nvme the same you would use on a desktop any suggestions? i checked the bios and everything there seems to be no sign of this disc anyware

@@mustafahayriacikgoz6265 They are separate pieces of hardware obviously so you will see two SSD disks in Windows also. They are not paired or in a RAID configuration. You have OS SSD and additional SSD, both of them fast NVMe PCIe Gen4.

You simply plug in the AC cable and it works even if both internal batteries are removed. My laptop didn't work in this video because of faulty battery which even prevented the other battery from charging. So both batteries empty all the time.

Thank you for watching. Single SO-DIMM Slot: Supports up to 8GB - "free module" as you called it. This is the safest route to take. Some people in the comment section wrote that they installed a 16GB RAM module. The device booted into Windows for some people but I don't know how this 20GB of RAM behaves under load. You can go the safe route or take some risk and get the 16GB module.

Thank you for watching. From 8Gb to 12GB. More RAM more smooth multitasking. Windows doesn't need to offload usually RAM workloads to a less desirable swap file on the laptop's SSD drive. Some people here put 16GB RAM module and is working for them. So 16GB + 4GB is 20GB altogether. Even better. Depends on how much you are willing to invest in RAM extension.
