Yes I always carry stethoscope and sphygmomanometer, sometimes patients of Bergers disease comes, we have to check BP of scleroderma pts which is common in derma opds. In ward we manage patients like medicine only so while admission we check all systems. Moreover the main factor is steroids and cyclosporine cause hypertension so we need to monitor the BP at regular intervals. So, don't have the notion that dermatologists don't require stethoscope and sphygmomanometer.
