Dc Shock is given at R phase not P ( to avoid superimposition of R on T wave , which initiated fibrillation )

Diagnosis is Afib. Amiodarone and metoprolol can be used in afib. Adenosine used in psvt. Not sure about diltiazem.

Exam m specific 1 lead nhi dete , puri ecg dete h vha confused ho jaate h ki konsi lead dekhe ,sirf 1 mint hoti h ques solve krne k liye😢. Ye koi nhi btata ki konsi abnormality konsi lead me show hogi.. 😅
