It’s sad that people send negative messages about Agatha. But I think those are always going to pick on negativity like you mentioned in this video, it’s easier to be mean. It’s clear that you are an ally to lgbtq community and to all movie lovers like my self. Keep being you and you won’t miss. I’ve been following since the early days when you explained Deadpool. I am so excited about movies and comics , I wish I knew someone as enthusiastic. I usually go alone to movies but it’s still awesome. ☮️❤️

this was a really interesting and engaging movie for me. I loved it. I loved seeing arthur do his damndest to be the man he wants to be. He blamed his failures on everything that happened to him, but Those things built him into the man he is. I thought it was incredibly consistent with his character from the first film. He always was pathetic. He cant change who he has been his entire life. He got to act out his delusions and take out his anger, but he's not gonna change who he is at a fundamental level by killing 6 people and dressing like a clown. He's having entirely hallucinated relationships, even after he starts to become "joker". I found it interesting how they created a character who could realistically do something like this in real life. This was all in the first film (which most people loved). Its not at all joker from the comics. He never has been. I would've found it odd if they didn't point that out to the audience in the sequel after so many took the wrong messages from the last film. I don't think the first film really demands a sequel on its own. Im pretty sure the director and jaquin said something similar. I believe they only decided to make this film in an attempt to change people's perception of the first film. But we see how well that turned out. I cant say this movie was perfect, but i enjoyed following arthur on from his story in the first film. I think these films are both full of meaning about the way we treat the mentally ill, the struggles of a man whose broken to the core, the struggles of the poor fighting in a system built against them, and believing in someone, anyone who could bring change. Even if that man is a demented pathetic loser. *cough*

"Man, I wanna read the books." Have fun with that. Frank Herbert wrote 6, and then 20 years ago his son Brian co-wrote 3 or 4 prequel trilogies, and then a few that take place after Frank's novels.

@@cortesimerci35 all non-hard sci-fi uses magic. You are being blind to your own subjectivity if you can't cut through the difference between soft vs hard scifi and your personal suspension of disbelief. The Expanse doesn't qualify as hard sci-fi. Star Trek is soft sci-fi. Babylon 5 is very soft sci-fi. All of them use magic, and they are all excellent non-lazy sci-fi.

@@TealJosh expanse was cringe i dont remember anything from it. Star trek and magic? they would say that its energy based life forms , but not exactly magic*. Babylon5 I dont remember anything about it. I liked Stargate though, they would tend to end up with some explanation. They would give some explanation like alien with shielding technology or computer simulation or nanobots. The whole repeating idea was that Goauld used ancient technology to appear as gods, but their mind got crooked from using regeneration chambers so eventually they would go crazy. Eventually everything would end up being some technology and not magic* .

I think I’m tired of stories about the masters being the focus, and would like to see more of the slaves rebelling against the system. That’s why the Dune movies are more interesting to me. I don’t really care about the rich people’s backstabbing.

I have to disagree, sir. It's more of a remake than a sequel, but can't do anything half as good as the first film. Paul Mescal was woefully miscast and his part was severly underwritten.

Travis Fimmel's Desmond vs. The Sisterhood lead by Valya Harkonnen. It's about to happen. Tula Harkonnen has no idea about what her elder sister did when she was younger. I wonder if we will see a conflict between the sisters as the story progresses. Olivia Williams of course portrayed Moira McTaggart in X-Men: The Last Stand. Favorite line from Desmond Hart is ""I always wondered what your greatest fear would be. Now I have seen it. It's not that no one will hear you, it's that they'll hear you and just won't care."

I loved the movie; i remember seeing the broadway play in Chicago a long time ago as a kid. The only minor problem I had was I felt it mightve been 10-15min too long and I feel one scene towards the end had a weird color change; but I loved it over all. Im going to give it 4/5 as well. Im excited to see the 2nd movie next year.
