Comments say you are incorrect about rebar placement. I think you are correct. Try making a 1ft wide x 10ft long shell element in ETABS with simple area load to mimic a concrete beam. M11 and M22 shell loads will become obvious and so will rebar placement. This would be a very helpful video to make if you can. Thank you

Thanks.Reaction of etabs becomes loads in safe. Hence Fz is positive(up ward) in etabs and it becomes down ward (gravity) load in safe(put positive values). In the case of shear and moment , opposite sign must be considered while writing the load in safe. The direction must be similar with exported reactions.( Export reactions directly to safe and compare with what u wite manually)

Hi I want to design a wind turbine tower which is a tappered section (different outer diameter and wall thickness between top and bottom). I know how to design it as a vertical column (linear and with extrude is see the geometry) and do the section but I want it as an area section like yours. Can you help me?

In the case of eccentric footing with strap beam, you mentioned that rebar is required in the bottom only and also you showed the same in the drawing as well but the in the SAFE, there was rebar needed in the Top section as well.
