Your story sounds perfectly believable to me up to one point: It didn´t occur to me that your mom would kick you out for going to church! That sounds a bit weird.

I like your msg a lot and I ask this respectfully, if you spend so much time with God and your Bible, why do you still need a therapist?

I wanna commend u for posting this vid. U know uv nailed the truth when you see such a massive reflexive hate in the comments. I can't believe so many Christians willingly ignore this part of the Sermon on the Mount, but these same people will quote parts like "do to others what you would have them do to you" living in ignorance of the rest of the Sermon. Unbelievable, the level of ignorance of most Christians today.

Joyce Meyer is a Minion of Satan. This is a PERFECT example of why to NOT listen to beautiful women "Christian preachers." Almost every single one is clamoring to overcome sexual abuse. And, they will lead you away from scripture and down rabbit hole paths.

Good talk ! Lady it's true is not easy to fight against negative thoughts and you have reason only the sword God's word could help us to overcome the difficulties . It's wonderful to see young people like you reading the bible and using it like a sword to fight against lies .I'm also read the bible but I think it's a daily fight against word or things you don't understand and the fact is loving God become a daily challenge because sometime you don't understand and you should overcome your questions about him and i think on Micah 7:7 . Sometime you search an answer about your personal question and doubts. And the answer is not coming in the moment you want at the mean time you wait and sometime you convince yourself it's all right but in the deep of your heart the question is alive .it's a test of your faith a lot of human on earth in past time didn't know exactly what God wanted even why he suffered it's the same way today we don't have answers about all our question .thank you for sharing your faith I'm RICHARD coming from LYON in FRANCE. I understood your talk clearly. You spoke very well English.

Cait, Our good and gracious God is clearly holding true in His promise to work all things for good. He has wasted NOTHING in your life, including the day which brought this very message to be and is now blessing thousands of anxious hearts. I will confirm the correctness of the quote you shared… be content to “just have a day”. I sat on the couch one morning exhausted from the day before. Anxiety washed over me with the thought… “What if I had been this weak yesterday and unable to accomplish all that was needed?” Immediately Holy Spirit whispered, “You will always have enough grace for each day.” That was years ago and His promise has never failed. More recently I was having an anxious day and in the midst of it Holy Spirit said, “There is enough grace in this day for what you are experiencing.” With His words came the understanding He was doing a work in me. The very next day He used the work He had done in my heart to be earnestly ever-present in the life of another anxious heart. He wastes nothing. He is always working for our good and the good of others. Your Podcast is pure proof of it, Cait! He has used every ounce of your hurt to create a heart beautifully and humbly dedicated to Him and the hurting hearts of others. May He continue to strengthen and encourage you in the good works which He planned in advance for you to do.🙏❤️ (Ephesians 2:10) I will add three words to the quote… Trust God and “just have a day of His grace” knowing He is with you, working all things for your good and the good of others.

Thank you so much for this video! I've had anxiety since I was a child as well, and in the past 15 years health anxiety has been the biggest anxiety for me. I'm currently going through extreme health anxiety since I had my hysterectomy back in August. I know it's a combination of grief from the loss of part of me, hormonal changes but also because there were some findings that had to be followed up on to make sure weren't cancer (they weren't). Since then I've convinced myself that I have several other cancers due to symptoms. It's been a nightmare and while I know God was with me during the medical appointments, I've prayed so much for Him to please take this anxiety and depression away, I've suffered from it for so many years but it hasn't been taken away. Even with medication and therapy. For me, I think what scares me the most about death is the thought of leaving my 15 year old son behind. It makes a lot of sense that the health anxiety started after I had him (thanks to cancer screenings that I wish I'd never done). So for me, while to die would be gain I worry about him growing up without a mom. This video was very comforting though. Thank you again!

The good news is that Jesus is Lord God Almighty clothed in unsinful humanity and He is the author of ((eternal life)) to all who trust Him alone for salvation 💝. He paid for all the sins of all the world at the cross (past, present, and future). ❤️ That payment is put to your account when you have believed on Christ alone for salvation 💘. *This means that saving repentance is realizing that you are a sinner deserving of God's just punishment in Hell and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before, if indeed you trusted in anything; to trusting in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation.* Following Jesus has never saved anyone. Following Jesus is for service not salvation. Salvation is absolutely free and not conditional upon service to God. Surrendering your life to Christ has never saved anyone. You don't receive a gift by giving anything for it. That is bartering your life for salvation and is a Satanic counterfeit gospel message. We are saved because He gave His life for us and we trust Him alone for salvation. Acts 16: 31," And brought them out and said, sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved." Not: Make a commitment. Promise to follow Jesus. Actually follow Jesus. Surrender your will. Pick up your cross daily. Make Jesus Lord and Master of your life. Repent of your sins. Give your life to Christ. Those are works of service to have absolutely nothing to do with salvation at all.
