Sensei shikodachi is very high and power is absent rather than that i enjoyed watching the kata I hope you make a new video with more power

Seiyunchin kata is beautiful but poorly done by such high ranking black belt. Notice his shikodachi stances. Very high. Has to be much lower. Maybe his knees bother him. Power is absent too. He performed as some brown belt do. See Morio Higaonna kata and you will see the gross difference.

Joseph Strong here is just few examples 😉 and question what you do except this. How many? Depends on what your goal is. Minimum one, two days is OK, if yours goal bigger do it more 💪

@@laimonomusics Cool i was wondering cause i know the old time physical culturalist/Strongman types like George Hackenschmidt would advocate anywhere from 3 to 6 days a week training with weights and I was wondering in it might be the same with this.👍

Thanks for this. I've been interested in doing supplementary training since I began training in Goju ryu Karate almost 7 months ago. I really had no idea about Hojo Undo training until a week into my training and then I began with hand hardening, followed by Sanchin kata. I would to expand more into my training so could be better and stronger. Oss!
