Thanks for this. I've been interested in doing supplementary training since I began training in Goju ryu Karate almost 7 months ago. I really had no idea about Hojo Undo training until a week into my training and then I began with hand hardening, followed by Sanchin kata. I would to expand more into my training so could be better and stronger. Oss!

Joseph Strong here is just few examples 😉 and question what you do except this. How many? Depends on what your goal is. Minimum one, two days is OK, if yours goal bigger do it more 💪

@@laimonomusics Cool i was wondering cause i know the old time physical culturalist/Strongman types like George Hackenschmidt would advocate anywhere from 3 to 6 days a week training with weights and I was wondering in it might be the same with this.👍
