thank you. i'm just beginning my journey- i've been having joint pain and frequent dislocations over the past few years and got diagnosed with a connective tissue disorder two months ago. i understand that anger over losing your former life so so well. i'm a runner and i've been so exhausted and in pain after every workout but quitting seems to me like the worst thing ever. i know i can't do this forever. i know i'm not doing myself any favours. but i want to do this while i still can so thank you for telling me what it will be like when this part of my journey is over and the next part begins. it doesn’t seem so much like the end of the world now. ...watching this video and commenting as i prepare to go on a run. see you guys. thank you if you read this whole thing.

Hi!! I love your videos so much!! I’m in a really big pickle about forearm crutches, I’m so worried about getting the wrong type. I have borderline rickets and POTs, and I have a lot of trouble holding my body up right and my hips being unable to move. I was going to purchase SmartCrutches or CoolCrutches, but I’m unsure if one will last, or the other won’t support me correctly. Anyone have thoughts? I also have a fractured wrist that causes me pain, so I’m unsure about the pressure on it…

Today I was supposed to head over to my girlfriends house and help her clean it up because she’s trying to sell it to move so there’s a showing today, and late last night I called her explaining the pain I was in and the that I fainted once, and asked her if I could sit down while helping her, she told me that I didn’t have to come over and help and that she’ll just meet me at my place after she’s done 🥹, I thought that she would be upset with that but she just said all she was worried/wondering about was how can she help me when she comes over so that I’m not in too much pain, I love her so so much and appreciate that she is ok with my chronic pain, I do still really feel the guilt though

Hi, I did the test, after sitting for a while I stood up for 2 minutes and my pulse rate went up to 145 bpm my head felt really hot and I collapsed back into the chair. I think I might have a bit of a problem. I'd like to know what everyone else thinks. Thank you

Have you seen the ice machine that are on Amazon that are used for knee replacements. They have separate pads for backs, shoulders etc. ? I freeze small water bottles instead of ice & fill with water. It has been a life saver for me.

I bet the reason why your partner couldn't come in with you was because the doctor didn't want there to be a witness who could advocate for you while also recording evidence of the doctor's discriminatory ways.

A bit over a year ago, I asked my doctor to refer me to get treatment for an issue, and he told me to have general mental health check-ups first. I thought that made sense because the treatment for this issue is a surgery and it's typically a good idea to go into surgery with a good mental health, but after a month of intake appointments, I learned that the only mental health clinic in my town doesn't do general mental health check-ups because they're too goal-oriented. I came back to my doctor saying that I couldn't do what he told me to do and that I didn't think it was necessary anyway, then he moved the goal post to a completely different field behind an electric fence and told me to go to therapy for my autism and ADHD. That isn't even relevant! And what is even the goal!? To cure incurable conditions!? I was going to argue, but my mom was acting like she was agreeing so I thought maybe I was the unreasonable one even though it literally made zero sense. But then later my mom said that she didn't agree with the doctor after all! Stupid people-pleasing jerk!

I'm undiagnosed (for hEDS or any version) and believe I have it and O M G you just explained something I never knew I had a problem with. During a squat/standing up I never purposefully tighten what I believe my pelvic floor muscles and abs tight... etc... OMG... thank you for mentioning this!!! i always recognize that it feels weird and I end up tightening them and my butt after the fact (after I notice I'm weak trying to stand up) and then it helps to stand up. EVERY - TIME.

You’re very knowledgeable about crystals which is admirable but I’m sure keeping them altogether like that messes up each of the crystals distinctive energy. I read you should keep them in 100% cotton bags or silk to stop their energies mixing otherwise you have to cleanse them to rest them back to their natural frequencies?

Thank you for this video. I have Fibromyalgia and other invisible chronic illnesses, and it can be really hard to stay strong sometimes, and it can feel really lonely at time. It would be great for you to do a video about how medical gas lighting, and having people accusing you of faking your illness can lead to Imposter syndrome, and how that can negatively affect someone living with a chronic invisible illness. I struggle with this myself.

idk what I have, but ever since I got covid and dengue fever in Feb and Oct of 2022, I started getting moments of sudden drop in blood pressure and increase in heart rate at random times. I'm always tired, anxious and have headaches. There are times when I'm sitting at my desk for a couple of hours and suddenly my blood pressure drops to around 80/45 or lower and I get dizzy and need to lay down. Or when I'm walking at slow pace and even after eating and drinking water, my heart suddenly races and my bp drops. My heart rate jump isn't as crazy as yours but when I'm laying in bed my heart rate is around 65-70 beats a minute. But when I stand up, it goes up to around 100-120 but usually below 120. wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. Also, I used to be pretty active when I was younger in my teen years and early adulthood (currently in mid twenties). But in the last 1-2 years, I'm always too tired so I haven't entertained exercising and even when I do, cardio is too tough for my heart so I just lift some weights.
